Broadband perfect. Getting NDT on land line. Have put corded phone into the OR test point and still NDT. On live service centre is continually loading when trying to report fault. Does anyone have a phone number please?

I'm sorry to hear this.
I've completed a line test which has detected a loop fault and this fault can often be caused by internal wiring or equipment connected to the line.
Is the corded phone currently connected at the test socket?
