I am trying to transfer my landline number to another provider (Vodafone) and it when I try it comes up with an error. When I spoke to Vodafone they said it was due to TT not allowing the number to be released. Is that correct?

For help issues, staff prefer this as it avoids confusion in the replies.
Sometimes it's not the same root cause.

I am having exactly the same issue - did this ever get resolved? I have been sent to BT who have sent me back to Talk Talk who have then said there is no problem but Vodaphone still saying they are unable to port.

Add that number to your community forum profile details, @xOsnailx, for staff to identify your account and look into why there might be a problem.
