It's been nearly a week now that my phone has been been down, broadband ok. Have been told it's with Open reach and it's a fault in the exchange then it's a cable fault in a cabinet not really good enough

An engineer was booked to go to the exchange, they have 48 hours to go out we can check the fault ticket tomorrow for an update. 

 

hopefully it will be fixed by then.
