Engineers have to prioritise extremely carefully during lockdown, @lesthered.
For many of us, the change of ring tone is just a minor inconvenience, and I suspect that it is just not uppermost as a priority for Talktalk at the moment. Just my opinion.
I reckon that we have to simply wait it out.
If any of your other services appear to be affected, let Talktalk know.

It's still under investigation as advised by the OCEs on multiple topics yesterday.
You'll just have to wait for a resolution like everyone else.
You must be pretty bored to post, just read the numerous topic on the same subject.
