I have been with TalkTalk for several months - broadband work great but have no working land line for some reason - handset which worked fine at our previous address just says ‘no line’ when connected. Can call our landline number from a mobile and it rings fine but nothing happens with the landline handset.
Assume there must be a fault which requires an open reach engineer visit?? Hopefully someone from TalkTalk can arrange this - thanks in advance!

Line tests are passing, do you have another handset that you can test with
Can you also confirm that you have no dial tone with your telephone connected to your Test Socket with everything else disconnected (including your router)
