Landline not receiving calls

First Timer
Message 3 of 3

I can make outgoing calls that are as clear as a bell. Anyone trying to ring me just gets crackle and then cut off. I have no idea they are ringing!

I have reported the fault yesterday and an engineer is coming on Monday. However, the operator said she would transfer my landline calls to my mobile. It has not happened. Only a few people have my mobile number so I'm worried people will not be able to get hold of me or my husband.

Please note that staff here work normal office hours, Monday to Friday, and issues are queued and dealt with in order so it may be Monday or Tuesday before you receive a reply, so the engineer may well have sorted this by the time they respond.

Please keep us informed on progress and you are in the staff's queue for a response.
For a quicker reply can you please ensure you have your personal information up to date in your profile including your TalkTalk landline phone number so your account can be traced. Link here - https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/user/myprofilepage/tab/personal-profile:personal-info
If you are unsure of your phone number, you can find this in My Account or dial 17070 from your landline phone and this will confirm the number for you.

If you wish to chat online to see if this has been actioned or can be actioned, there is a link on this page.
