Hi, I reported that my landline was dead a few days ago via the chat service. This morning the engineer called to report that he had fixed the fault. Unfortunately, 1 phone call later and the landline had died again!
I have tried reporting the fault again via the phone number and chat service but received no response to either.There also doesn't appear to be an email address that I can report to.
I am in my 80's and in isolation at the moment so my landline is extremely important to me at this time as it is the only way I can communicate to my family.
Can anyone please help!
