Landline not working since Thursday.  No dial tone at all.  Have tried all tips, unplugging and trying new handset but still dead.

Internet is working.  Please can you help.

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing problems with your service. Line test is picking up a potential issue so I've logged this out to BT Openreach as a non-appointed task. Openreach will investigate over the next 72 hours and may contact you directly if they need to access your home
