Landline not working

Hello. My landline is not working properly - I have no dial tone to enable outgoing calls and ADT (alarm monitoring) are unable to get a response from their line tests.

We’ve checked everything including using the master / test socket with a corded phone.

HELP!

I'm sorry to hear this.

 

The line test is clear - No faults detected.

 

If you have tested with a different phone at the test socket then the next step will be to arrange an engineer visit.
