Many thanks for checking. The problem seems to have gone away today.
If it happens again I will try to disconnect handsets etc to try to isolate the problem. Note that there was no issue in making calls, just in receiving them.

I'm showing a loop fault at your end. This is usually a little like a short circuit and can be caused by wiring, a faulty handset or filter etc.
can you test an alternative phone handset directly at the 'Test Socket' and make a couple of test calls and see if the same issue happens.
