I have been told today that our home landline cannot be reconnected, after waiting 3 weeks for it to be resolved. I am told that it cannot be provided anymore and we can no longer use our tel number . Completely unacceptable. Nothing offered to help us, just told to go to another provider for a landline. Fibre broadband is unaffected.
NO idea what's happening here and this is totally unacceptable. We need a landline for safety and work at home.
