I thought it was me but discovered a neighbour had the changed ring and now I see on the forum it is a widespread problem. Can we not have a coherent response as to what has happened and when we will we get our normal ringer back. Someone must know what they have done or is that too much to hope for! Oh, using 14258 to stop unwanted numbers repeat calling no longer works for me either. If you will make changes it helps to tell customers.

Hi RobbyM, there's been no deliberate change. We have an issue that the team are working to fix as soon as possible. As it's not service affecting and requires a complex fix it may take a little time.
