Help. My 92 year old mothers landline has been out of action since Wednesday 18th March.There is no dial tone so not outgoing calls can be made. When I call in, it just rings and rings and goes to answerphone. I reported it via chat on Sunday and they confirmed there was a fault and that an engineer would fix it and text me. I got a text yesterday that all was fixed and it should be working. But, it is not working and when I replied to the text that had been sent, I got a message back that the channel had closed and to go online! How can I get to speak to someone?
Hi OCE_Arne. Any news for me? Getting quite concerned that no one is able to contact my vulnerable mother by phone. Many thanks
