I have two hand sets and a care connect phone which dial but don't connect. I did all the tests Talk Talk text me and the Care Connect person did the same and tried a second phone but didn't worked. Talk Talk checked the line and said it was fine. It isn't. We need the emergency phone line and my partner talks to his oncologist on this phone. Open Reach need Talk Talk to report it and I cant contact Talk Talk because of Coronavirus. I know people are worse off than us at the moment but our phone is our lifeline. Any ideas anyone.
