We Have No Dialling Tone,are Unable To Make Or Receive Calls. We've Done What We Are Able To Do. Can You Please Test Our Landline For Any Fault. Thanks.

Can you please update your community profile to include your:

 

  • Name
  • Telephone number
  • Alternative contact number

Hi DCmc1979 

 

Your incoming calls are going straight to Voicemail.

 

To supplement the advice from Martin here's the TalkTalk advice: I can't make or receive calls - make sure no handset is off the hook and start with the Try a different handset plugged into the master 'phone socket assuming you haven't included that in your earlier tests.

@DCmc1979  there are no staff here until Monday.

 

If you still have internet go to Service Centre and do a check.
