Your incoming calls are going straight to Voicemail.
To supplement the advice from Martin here's the TalkTalk advice: I can't make or receive calls - make sure no handset is off the hook and start with the Try a different handset plugged into the master 'phone socket assuming you haven't included that in your earlier tests.
