I'm sorry to hear this.
I've completed a line test which hasn't detected any faults - Line test is clear.
Have you tested with a different phone at the test socket, with the router removed from the line?

I have the same issue and apparently its a TalkTalk network issue rather then an issue with our lines.
Seems they have updated the service desk but that does mention no dial tone but I do have a dialing tone so im not sure.
Hopefully by tomorrow it will be resolved.
