Last Caller Barring

When I dial 14258 I am getting the message 'this service is not available'. I turned off Callsafe a long time ago. The boosts box for Last Caller Barring is ticked. This service has worked perfectly before. Can a member of the Support Team work some magic for me? Thank you.

Hi Michelle,

Yes, I have followed all the steps. The box (Selective Call Rejection) is ticked and shows as active. When I try to block a number I am just met with a message 'Sorry, the service requested is not available'. Hope you can help. Thanks.

I'm sorry to hear this. Do you mean that it shows as active if you log into your My Account? Can I just confirm, are you following all the steps in the below Help Guide?
