Missing Voicemail Icon

Hi,

Is there any update on the missing voicemail icon? It seems to be an ongoing problem with no solution up to now. No information is available as to any progress on the situation other than the technical department is still investigating it and if there is no solution to the problem it would be appreciated to be informed of this.

Unfortunately this has been investigated by our team and this is not something that we are able to resolve. I appreciate that this is frustrating but we can't resolve this particular issue with the voicemail icon.

On all phones or just Panasonic or is it just that Talktalk have stopped all voicemail indications on certain models. I would have thought that the technology hasn’t changed or perhaps it has but it would be appreciated if we were informed of this.

It has been posted elsewhere by the support team that this feature is no longer available as part of the TalkTalk voicemail service.
