Moving my landline no from virgin to talk talk

How do I get through to someone at talk talk who knows how to help me port my existing  land line to talk talk.

The no is open to be ported at any time

The number can be ported but not the landline, @Paul2021.

They use utterly different infrastructure. 

You are responsible for the cancellation of your Talktalk services. Ring LOYALTY during the week, after 9am, on 03451 720046.

Inform Virgin of the number you need to keep.
