we planned to move flats and did informed talktalk well in advanced time which talktalk said they would move broadband & landline number in one go, which was ok till OPENREACH get to it since then NO Broadband & NO Landline phone which we urgently need due to wifes illness, its been a fews days now without either, Sorry not very good service.

Dear Chris,thanks for your emailthe phone line is completely dead , this flat has 2 one port without a horizontal line sockets, l have tried both sockets with router with no go on either,in other words No Broadband & No Landline,(which we need due to ill wife.

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing problems with your service. Your service does appear to be live and line tests are passing. Is there no dial tone on your telephone line? Does the line appear to be completely dead
Could you try connecting your telephone to your Test Socket and check for dial tone
If there's no dial tone with the router connected to the test socket then we are going to need to arrange an engineer visit
