I have just signed up for a new contract for 18 months [BB & home phone] as my BB is ending next month.
I have payed £300 up front for 12 months.
The question is i have got 6 months contract left on my home phone boost will i loose that or will it be added to my new contract.
i have noticed that they have taken next months payment off my £300 already.
Also have switched off the F-security.
Should that not carry on till the old contract ends [25-8-2021]
Also do they send a conformation email regarding the Amazon package [echo and plug]

The calls boost will remain on the account, but the discount will expire in Feb 2022, at which point you can renegotiate a new discount.
You should receive a follow up email about the Amazon gift in the next few days.
