New customer Land Line

I have just moved house and have signed up to TalkTalk Phone and broad band.

 

It has been 7 days now and I still have no phone line....how long does it generally take as the previous owners were on TalkTalk so I thought it may be best to stay with the same company.

 

I realise my broadband won't be up and running straight away as the engineer is booked in for  next week.

 

Any feed back would be great.

All your services will connected on your "go live" date and not before.

I take it the 'go live' day is the day when the engineer is book in for broadband set up?
