Service was switched to Talk Talk yesterday but landline has not been properly switched; I am unable to receive incoming calls and outgoing calls does not show the caller ID. Any incoming calls I do get are actually for another number.
Can some one help? I have tried at least 4 times to get help using telephone, app chat and browser chat.
My mother is elderly and needs to call me when help is required, so your prompt attention would be most appreciated. Thank you.

If you would like us to look into this, please can you update your community profile to include your home telephone number or account number, we will then be able to have a look at your account.
To do this go into 'my settings' then 'personal information' then add your details.
