No Caller Display

My called display has disappeared. 

All calls just say "Incoming Call"

Phone Line did have an issue which an engine came and fixed but since then caller display has stopped. 

Tried in master socket with and result.

I'm sorry to hear this. Does Caller Display show as active if you log into your My Account? If it does then could you try removing this in your My Account then once fully removed then re-add this again.
