Greetings

I've had no dial tone and static for about two weeks now a engineer came out last week who said the problem is outside and he had refered it to open reach but nothing seems to have progressed. Tried to check the status on my account and live chat but to no avail hopefully someone can point me the the right direction

Many Thanks

Morning,

Thank you. The line test is detecting a potential line fault so I've passed this straight to Openreach for an external line investigation to be completed. If you don't hear anymore in the next 24hrs then please let us know and we can re-check for an update on the fault for you.

Thanks

We'll then look into this further. Please do not post this information on this thread. Once you've updated your profile please post in your topic to confirm it's updated.
