Again I find myself with no landline and when I just don't have the stamina to spend another hour or so of my life on the phone to customer support answering inane questions, having already done so many times already over the past few weeks.

Got a message over the weekend to say the engineer had been out and fixed the line fault. All working now, thanks for your intervention! Please could you remove the divert too.
