No Landline and usual problems with telephone support

Again I find myself with no landline and when I just don't have the stamina to spend another hour or so of my life on the phone to customer support answering inane questions, having already done so many times already over the past few weeks.

 

This problem does not need my involvement other than to report it. I would be very grateful if a moderator could please arrange for my line to be checked and fixed (again) and let me know. You have my mobile number on file it ends 135.

We have requested an engineer to go out to the exchange.

 

We can check the fault ticket next week for an update

Hi Arne,

 

Got a message over the weekend to say the engineer had been out and fixed the line fault. All working now, thanks for your intervention! Please could you remove the divert too.
