Please can someone help.
I cannot get through to anyone on the phone as I HAVE NO PHONE LINE...!
I have added my tele number in my profile - I have had an Ex-BT engineer come out & check my line.
He has confirmed I have no dialtone connectivity to the telepone exchange.
The cricuit is apparently connected to the exchange - Just the dial tone equipment is not sending out a signal to my socket.
Can this be reported here to the relevant dept??

Line test is failing with disconnection in network so I've logged this out to BT Openreach as a non-appointed task. Openreach will investigate over the next 72 hours and may contact you directly if they need to access your home
