HI, On Monday Evening 21/02/22 at 19:19hrs I initiated a report of loss of dial tone on my landline after going through the process with TalkTalk chatline with Hanna and later Kathlyn who after running tests said there was a problem and arranged a non appointed engineer visit to check my local green box exchange, as I live within a few yards of this I noticed an engineer working on it, Now my query is was this the booked visit or not, if it was then the problem as not been resolved ,could you please check for me so I can take the next step

No further action required at this time. Notes from Openreach indicate this is part of a wider fault affecting 12 lines and further work is scheduled for today.
