On January 26 we changed from BT to Talktalk for broadband and calls. Our broadband is fine but we still have no dial tone on our landline. The on line chat is a waste of time. We just go round in circles and there seems to be no way of speaking in person to someone. Any advice?

You can call 0345 172 0046. Alternatively the support team here can look into this for you, make sure that your personal details including TalkTalk landline number are complete on your community profile (click here) so that they can link your forum identity with your account and then wait for them to respond.
