Hi,
I have no dial tone on my landline and can't make outgoing calls or receive incoming calls.
I've tried connecting straight to the master socket but to no avail.
My fiber broadband still works, albeit a bit slower at around 48mb instead of 80mb.
I've added my phone number to my profile.

We have requested an engineer to go out to the exchange in the next 48 hours.

Hi,
Just a quick update. Engineer visited today. Seems there was a fault in the line that runs underground between the telegraph pole and the street box. It's all fixed now and the landline is working normally again and the internet back to full speed.
