Help! I can't make or receive calls, I've tried everything I've seen on here. I recently swapped to fibre and since then the phone hasn't worked 😔 Please help

Sorry to hear this, can you advise if you still get no dialtone if you plug just your phone directly into the test socket if you have one? 

 

Subject to that the online support team can look into this for you, make sure that your personal details including TalkTalk landline number are complete on your community profile here so that they can link your forum identity with your account and then wait for them to respond.

We have detected a fault, so have passed this to our network team to investigate.

We have requested an engineer to go out to the exchange in the next 48 hours. 

 

We can check the fault ticket on Thursday for an update
