My landline stopped working - no dial tone, can't make calls, can't receive calls. Broadband is working fine.

 

I tried to call talktalk but no real people answering. Just a machine to talk to and it did a line test and was told everything is fine. Later I realized that the test is probably only testing broadband.

 

I have tried to use a different handset, a different line link from the master socket to the handset, plug into the test socket but still not working.

 

With no real customer support, I really don't know what I'm going to do now☹️

If you dial #21# from your landline this should remove the divert.

Hi, can someone from talktalk help me with this:

Before the engineer fixed my phone line, during the webchat, the talktalk staff set a re-direct my landline to my mobile phone. Now I'd like to cancel the re-direct but I can't find a way to do it myself on my account.

I'm sorry for the delay.

 

I can see that this fault has been raised to Openreach and an engineer visit has been arranged for 26/01/2021 PM (1pm - 6pm)

 

Please let us know how you get on following this visit.
