we have recently moved home and taken Talk Talk with us. Our connection was enabled on the 1st October and worked fine for the first couple of days. When we got home on the 3rd there was no broadband and no dialling tone. We called Talk Talk and were told that this was being investigated and we needed to allow 3 days for this to happen.
Sunday 7th October- we still have no service and have been advised that Openreach need to investigate. Could we please have an update on this?
I am also keen to know whether Talk Talk will be crediting the account as we have not received the service we have been paying for?
