Have been without landline for a few days now. Started being crackly and then went dead.
Have tried plugging phone into test socket and still no phone line.
Internet has been fine though.
I see from previous posts that this appears to be quite a common problem and is often due to a fault in the exchange box.
So how do I get it fixed?
We have requested an engineer to go out to the exchange in the next 48 hours.
We can check the fault ticket 48 hours for an update.
