We have had no phone line for two+ days.
It began with a really noisy interference when making and receiving calls. But the line now doesn't even have a dial tone. Both the internet and television are working although they are a little slow, but still working.
Online chat are always too busy, and obviously we cant call as we have no phone line.
Any help in this matter would be gratefully appreciated.

Line tests have detected a line fault.
We have requested an engineer to go out to the exchange in the next 48 hours.
We can check the fault ticket on Friday for an update

An engineer appointment was booked for the 25th between 8am and 1pm.
It is now 1:15pm on the 25th and I'm still awaiting. I'm so glad i took the morning off work to have a service I'm paying for fixed.
I'm sorry to say that Talk Talk has become so unreliable recently. Not sure if i can continue my service as I need a reliable service to run my business.
Open reach has finally bothered to contact me, leaving a message on mobile, as I had to return to work. Seems like they are stuck on another call. Couldn't really understand the foreign lady speaking so quickly, so still don't really know what's going on.
Could someone from Talk Talk please chase this up?
