When I try to call out - it just tells me "the number you have dialled has not be recognised please hang up and try again" - it does not even let me get to putting in the complete number. I can not call my number (have tried from my mobile). My internet works fine.

Hi Maggie,

 

I'm sorry for the delay. I've run a few tests on the line now which are clear. Are you still unable to make and receive calls at the moment? Does your master socket have a test socket?
