No service on home phone for more than three weeks

Well no home phone for more than three weeks and broadband only reaching speeds of 2 or 4 if any. Engineer did not turn up a week ago and no call to say why. 

I am a medically vulnerable person and this is truly an awful experience.

Can you please update your community profile to include your:

  • Name
  • Telephone number
  • Alternative contact number

For help from staff on the forum, please add your Talktalk landline phone number to your community forum profile details. This enables them to identify your account. 

 

Go via your avatar/name; settings; Profile Wizard. 

 

Please look out for their reply. It can take a couple of days or so to get a response.
