Onetel Account

How do I get access to mu old Onetel account service?

 

I can still use my call forwarding number, and I'm charged for the calls but cannot log into my account.

Hi @Vickybo1 

 

The TalkTalk team looking after Onetel home phone customers are on 0800 049 0113. What I suggest is on Monday morning give them a call free from your home phone and let them know you cannot access your online account.

 

Out of interest, have you been notified of your service moving to Fleur Telecom?  I only ask because some customers have had their 'phone service provided by Fleur Telecom in place of Onetel.
