Today I have found that outgoing calls from landline are not working - get a dial tone OK but just goes silent once number is dialled. Incoming calls and Internet are working OK. Also 1571 service is working OK, haven't tried any other short codes. Your service test process seems to acknowledge a fault but I can't get through to the online chat through that web page so trying here to see if anyone will respond!
