Hi, can anyone help me with this? Recently switched from Virgin to Talktalk, I do not remember requesting a new number but I realise now I have a new landline number with TT. My V landline is active until 30 April as I only recently gave notice to cancel. Can I still transfer my old V landline number over to TT? Thanks.
Has your service gone live with us yet? If not, best option is to cancel the order with us and then replace it adding your current number so we will request it.
