I logged a fault call via online chat last night and they said they would carry out some tests on the line and come back to me. I provided mobile number etc, but I have heard nothing.
The phone line worked for a brief period late last night around 11pm but this morning the same fault has re-appeared.
Broadband is not affected.
Phone line - no incoming calls are coming through. Lifting the receiver the line is very crackly and at times almost silent. Sporadically i can call out but the line is very crackly. Open Reach completely replaced the line from the overhead pole about 2 months ago when we had a similar fault and this included replacing the master socket (now 5C type) (this should all be logged on your system)
