There is no dial tone. This has been going on for a few days. The broadband stopped this morning too. Tried all tests including using different handsets and plugging into the test socket. Please can this be fixed asap

Line tests are failing.
I've logged this out to BT Openreach for a Non Appointed engineer - Non appointed means the engineer will be dispatched to look at the line without requiring an appointment be made with you to visit your property.
