We had problems last year for months with our phone. Connections lost , high level of noise on the phoneline. After complaint the issue resolved for 2 months but now it is back Our problem is the same as Prophet_Hero's post I rang the service number and given options said the problem was with the phone. I later received a text saying the Broadband was fine. NOT what I had reported We have a 95 yr old neighbour who contacts on the landline when she needs help. At present she can't. Please resolve urgently Regards
