I chatted to a technician online to help sort out problems with my phone. They are going to check the line to see  if they can figure out what is going on. My broadband is still working.

Hi Jewald

 

We have requested an engineer to go out to the exchange in the next 48 hours. 

 

We can check the fault ticket in 48 hours for an update

If you would like us to look into this, please can you update your community profile to include your home telephone number, we will then be able to have a look at your  account.

To do this go into 'my settings' then 'personal information' then add your details.
