I've not been able to receive or make any calls from my home phone since Thurs 14 Oct. There is no dial tone when I pick up my home phone. I’ve connected the phone to master socket but same problem. I've even swapped the home phone base unit...same problem.
My Internet is working fine.

I have escalated this fault over to Openreach to be investigated by a line engineer and we should receive further updates from Openreach within the next 48-72hrs.

I'm sorry for the delay.
The line test has detected a potential fault at the exchange.
Please can you add an alternative contact number/mobile number to your Community Profile. I can then raise this fault over to Openreach for investigation.

Try to log this with the Chat support team, @dkhalai. They will be live again from 9am, but you should be able to leave a note with the Chatbot if you miss them this evening.
Staff won't be back on here before Monday.
