Rebooting the router following change of telephone number

I have had to change my telephone number - new number issued and I am now trying to reboot my router to the new number.

Hi Norma,

 

Apologies for the confusion, are you unable to connect to the internet? Have you tried powering down the router for a full 30 minutes and then retested again?
