It really annoys me that my bills continue to show FREE Voicemail "included as standard" despite the fact that, since August 2019 I am charged 2p on each occasion that I access my voicemail.
Who in the publicity department can justify the twisted logic that can describe a service as free when I have to pay to use it???
Please alter the billing statements.
Sorry that you are unhappy.
The reason its shows as Free is because that is how it is labeled in our system and when it generates the bill its takes it from there.
