I was a previous customer of Talk Talk with a Talk Talk allocaed number. I switched to SKY a couple of years ago and now I am thinking of switching back,
However when I attempt to make an order it states that my number cant be moved. Which I dont understand as the number alloctaed to me was a former TALK TALK ofcom allocated number. But has simply just swapped to SKY.
I thought it was ILLEGAL according to Ofcoms website for any provider to refuse a switch between providers and not switching your number with you.
Could someone at TALK TALK advise why you are not porting SKY numbers regardless of the rules from OFCOM
