My elderly parents telephone line has stopped working.
We've checked the equipment and plugged a phone directly into the test socket.
It was working this morning only when plugged into the test socket but it since has stopped working.
Not sure if there's a loose connection as the Talk Talk service test suggests its all working ok!
They are vulnerable as they have a phone alarm thats now not working.
Any ideas what we can do as we need someone to ideally look & resolve this quickly!
