I'm trying to help an elderly friend who since renewing her call package last year is unable to make or receive calls to Bermuda.
I just wondering if there could be some sort of call barring that has been activated on her line?
She is able to make/receive calls to the USA if that helps.
She has made several calls to you about this; during the last one the advisor told her they had no idea why and hung up!
